Privacy
Effective October 25, 2026. This page says what SoloBackOffice collects, where it is kept and how to get it removed.
What we collect
- If you sign up, we keep your email address, your trade and how you send quotes today (both optional), the page you signed up from, the date, and a code for the wording you agreed to below.
- If you download the tracker, we add one to that day's count. The count stores nothing about you.
- If you buy the guide, the purchase happens on Gumroad. More on that below.
- If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply.
- If you visit, Cloudflare Web Analytics adds to page-view totals.
We don't store IP addresses or browser details with your signup.
Where it is kept
The site and its signup list run on Cloudflare. Signups sit in Cloudflare's storage, and only the person who runs the site can read them.
Cloudflare hosts this site and handles visitors' connection data under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and doesn't follow you from site to site. This site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
Your email is used for one thing. When you sign up, the form says:
How-tos and news of the back-office guide. Two emails a month at most. Unsubscribe any time.
We don't sell your email or share it with anyone for advertising.
Buying the guide
Purchases of the guide happen on Gumroad. Gumroad processes the payment and receives your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We see your email and any optional answer you give at checkout.
Unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data
Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link. We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To have it deleted, or to ask what we hold, email hello@solobackoffice.com.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
